For example, in a universe where the Hubble constant is $70\frac{\text{km}}{\text{s Mpc}}$, h is 0.7. Similarly, a Hubble constant of $50\frac{\text{km}}{\text{s Mpc}}$ would lead to a value for h of 0.5.
